If your school is purchasing the Premier College Fair Package then you have the opportunity to choose an integration from the list below. These integrations are included in the price of the Premier Package and will show our attendees that your institution is invested in their artistic future.

We will accept these integrations on a first come, first served basis. If the opportunity you were looking to add to your Premier Package is currently unavailable please consider one of our many other options! We also have custom integrations available. If you have an idea for a custom integration please email sydney@aahsff.com.

  • Sunday Workshops at AMC Theater

    • Sunday Workshops are the most popular integration opportunity available, so don’t delay! All of our Workshop spots will be claimed fast! This is your chance to show our attendees how invested you are in their education. Taking place on Sunday at the AMC Theater your school’s representative(s) will teach a 60 minute workshop on the topic of your choice.

  • Sunday Panel Discussion at AMC Theater - Panelist Position

    • Our panel discussions offer an awesome opportunity for your professors to share their expertise and promote your program without the need to build a prepared presentation. All topics are selected by the student filmmakers when they submit and our panels are extremely popular with attendees. Panelist positions are limited - we suggest claiming your spot early.

  • Saturday Interactive Technology Fair - Booth Display

    • Our Technology Fair offers the perfect opportunity to show off what makes your school high-tech. Our attendees love getting their hands on the latest gear and our tech fair provides the perfect platform for showcasing what makes your program unique while recruiting the world’s top talent.

    • The Tech Fair takes place all day on Saturday at the AMC Theaters in Times Square and every attendee passes through the exhibits en route to the screenings. It’s high-traffic, high-interest engagement at it’s best!

    • Standard booths are 10X10 with a 6’ table and two chairs, access to power and table linens. *Larger activations can be accommodated upon request.

    • **All signage and set-up is the responsibility of the institution.

  • Big Banner Promotion - Saturday and Sunday Displays

    • Nothing says our institution supports you quite like a large banner displayed in a prominent location throughout the festival. Grab the attention of all of our attendees with up to two 4X8 banners to increase traffic to your College Fair Booth and make a lasting impression.

    • And the best part is that you can ship the banners to AAHSFF and we’ll take care of the transportation and set-up!
