Every year, many colleges, universities and brands request additional opportunities to connect with Festival attendees beyond the traditional experience. These integrations are a huge hit, and we are happy to announce that we’ll be offering a variety of unique sponsorship opportunities for this year’s All American High School Film Festival providing increased exposure throughout the weekend. Please find below a detailed description of each opportunity as well as the cost of the activation. We will accept these integrations on a first come, first served basis. If the opportunity you were looking to sponsor is currently unavailable please consider one of our many other options! Opening Night Dinner and Dance Cruise Presenting Sponsor

• Our newest programming addition - a 3-hour private dinner and dance cruise around the island of Manhattan for all Elite All-Access pass holders - has been such a huge hit the last two years that WE NEED A BIGGER BOAT! We're upgrading to accommodate 1,000 guests aboard our private yacht for an unforgettable evening of networking, sightseeing and celebration. You can own the night with a dedicated space to promote what makes your school unique, share opening remarks to get the party started, offer special giveaways, games, etc. - the options are endless and the engagement throughout the night will enable you to harness the incredible energy of our community!

• Throughout the weekend we will hand out 2,000 drawstring gift bags to festival attendees, and you can own this valuable real estate, branding the gift bags with your logo! As the Festival Gift Bag sponsor you are guaranteed maximum exposure throughout the weekend and beyond via video, photos and social media posts as our guests share their festival experience.

Official Lanyard Presenting Sponsor

• This is your chance to own a huge piece of the festival experience! All festival attendees receive a printed badge and you can design and brand the official lanyard. As the Lanyard sponsor, you are guaranteed maximum exposure throughout the weekend and beyond via video, photos and social media posts as our guests share their festival experience.

Teen Indie Awards Red Carpet

• If you have attended our festival before then you know that the Teen Indie Awards Show on Sunday Night is the real deal: A grand, formal celebration of student artists from around the world. And it all begins with our 2-hour red carpet event where the students, their families, teachers and friends are the stars. Take advantage of all of the photos and videos captured and shared by including your logo on the 40’ step and repeat. We only allow up to four branded logos each year so you are sure to make a big statement! Keep in mind that the imagery captured on our Red Carpet is shared extensively throughout the year by attendees and AAHSFF! In addition to the logo placement on our step and repeat, this package also includes a 60 second promotional video that will be screened during the awards show as well as the opportunity for a representative to present the Audience Award.

Saturday College Fair Pizza Lunch Presenting Sponsor

• All College Fair attendees will be eager to visit our free lunch. As the Pizza Lunch presenting sponsor you will have the opportunity to brand the designated lunch stations with approved signage (including digital). AAHSFF will work with a variety of pizza vendors to secure appropriate options for our guests. Estimated attendance: 2,000. And the best part is that AAHSFF will take care of the order, transportation of goods and set-up!

Best of Fest Presenting Sponsor

• Your institution can own one of the festival's most popular events! On Saturday Night we present three screenings of some the best films from our festival. Our guests are eager to get a glimpse of some of the year’s contending films and you can harness this energy as the BOF presenting sponsor, including: The opportunity to address the audience in each theater, branded signage (including digital) outside of each theater and a special on-screen advertisement before each screening.

Photobooth Presenting Sponsor

• Who doesn’t love a good photo booth? We know that our attendees do! And you can own the installation that helps everyone create lasting memories of their festival experiences. As the Photobooth presenting sponsor you will get maximum exposure via a digital photo booth for either Saturday or Sunday. The booth includes: Social media sharing, custom branding on all images, an online gallery and downloadable links, an animated GIF upgrade, and unlimited instant printing. This package includes a dedicated photo booth professional to assist with all guest interactions. Keep in mind that this package includes your school logo on all images created! And the best part is that AAHSFF will take care of the order, transportation of goods and set-up!

Film Invitational Presenting Sponsor

• Our Film Invitational Competition continues to grow, and you can show that your school supports the future of film as the presenting sponsor. From 2018-2022, over 300+ high school teams participated in the competition (that’s nearly 3,000 student filmmakers and educators) seeing your support not just over the 3-Days of the competition, during the screenings on Sunday and the presentation of the nominees and winners at the Teen Indie Awards Show, but throughout the year as we promote this unparalleled opportunity!

• You send us your marketing materials and we put them in the gift bags. It’s that simple to get increased exposure for your brand or institution! We’ll hand out 2,000 gift bags this year, so why not share what makes you unique?

Award Category Presenting Sponsor

• Of course, presenting an award at the big show is an awesome chance to share what makes your brand or institution special with a room packed with students, their families, friends and teachers. We still have several awards available and would be happy to discuss pricing based on the category that interests your school. Sponsorship includes: Opportunity to present the award at the Teen Indie Awards Show (including brief remarks), Opportunity to screen a 60 second promotional video at the awards show, Opportunity to create a custom award package including scholarships, promotion on our website, social media channels and Eblasts.
